I am old and all of the changing confuses me but Emalee was so patient and kind that I did not mind being there. She saved me money with the change and I am so grateful. If you are elderly and need help with Cox, she is the one to ask for. Thank you Emalee."

6 months ago"Needed a replacement for my router after a power issue. Went to the store and Celina was the associate who helped me. Not only was she training 3 other individuals at the same time, but she also explained to them the process and made sure to look at my account as a existing customer and see if there was any way to save me money. She upgraded my plan and equipment and is saving me $40 a month. Best customer service i have had from cox. Best of luck to the new employees, you have a great mentor to follow."

2 months ago"I'm rating this store and not COX. COX sent me a threating letter that a balance of $242.00 was being turned over to a collection agency. I called the cox number in Dallas that was on the letter and was assured my account from two years ago was clear and no balance was on it. This cox store in Yukon Oklahoma was friendly and verified I had no balance. They gave me a local number to call, but by the time I got home my service was restored. I'm an oldtimer and have had cox off and on since the 70's when that was all that was available. I always had issues with cox service. Trying to talk to a human when you call is impossible, all you get is A. I. run around. Again this store was great."

6 months ago"Celina is awesome. Spent over half an hour online on a chat with a rep. They just kept trying to up sale me to a new plan and different router. Decided to just drive to the store. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Celina got me what I needed, upgraded my plan, and saved me 65 bucks a month. Do yourself a favor and forgot calling or going online and just go see Celina at the store, she rocks."
