8 years ago"I visited the gift shop during my recent trip to the International Folk Art Market. I love stopping at the La Fonda, grabbing a cup of coffee and croissant at the French Bakery but I had not been to the new gift shop DETOURS. Two floors to wander. Great regional selection of tableware, jewelry, spa items including intriguing soaps, New Mexico chocolate, folk art and so much more. Very impressed with the book section. All the great NM regional books are there including cookbooks, kids books and single focus books highlighting the many wonders of New Mexico. I came home with a few treasures. Don't miss this curated collection of all things culturally important to New Mexico."
