a year ago"Even though I live nearly six hours away and have never been in Ebby's, I'm quite sure I could step in the door and feel right at home. For several years now Jim has been most helpful in creating custom gift baskets for my brother and sister-in-law. I'm able to text my order, requested delivery date and then visit on the phone with specifics. He texts a picture of the finished gift and confirms delivery has been made. This is customer service at its finest while providing a "wow" shopping experience! They have consistently exceeded expectations and I definitely recommend. P S The hydrangea added the finishing touch to the personalized basket!"
