"I don’t even know where to begin with my experience at game stops today. We had bought my youngest son a preowned Xbox one S console online and it wasn’t meaning our expectations as far as downloading games, having to restart it, kept freezing and so on. We got to GameStop a couple minutes before it opened and there was already a good amount of people waiting. Once they opened there was only one employee, a thin, white, sandy blonde hair, young man, I think his name started with an H or an I. He helped one customer and the next customer was bringing in some games for sale and a console which took a while and a few more customers came in adding to the line of people. He was nonstop helping every customer with every single item they needed it, questions they had, and concerns. When it got to my turn, I was a bit hesitant on asking questions but he Showed the best customer service I’ve ever seen, and he was patient, very knowledgeable, informative, and help me understand what I was purchasing Making sure I was satisfied. I knew my transaction was going to take a while so I didn’t mind letting Him help other customers in between my transaction so that line wouldn’t keep building up. This guy had the best attitude, no matter what type of customer he got. He stayed positive welcomed everybody coming in and thank every customer and wishing them a blessed day as they left. To be honest, I haven’t seen or experienced this kind of customer service in a long time. I will definitely continue to buy from this store. Thank you to that young man and I hope Game stop treats you well because your one of a kind brother!!"
