The shop has a friendly and welcoming staff who really look out for riders, whether you’re passing through on a road trip or in need of quick service. The sales team is professional and not pushy, which makes shopping for gear or bikes an easy experience. Their service department has helped a lot of riders get back on the road quickly, even travelers just passing through. The location is also perfect—right off Route 66, close to Flagstaff and on the way to the Grand Canyon, making it a fun and convenient stop. The only downside is that the parts department can be hit or miss. Sometimes items aren’t in stock, or you may run into delays. If you’re depending on a specific part, it’s best to call ahead.
