His prices are very fair, his staff is well trained and courteous. They'll sell you the parts and services you need, without trying to upsell you on unnecessary parts and repairs. My go to shop."

"This grease monkey is the best! 6 out of 5 stars! Bill is an amazing person and mechanic. He is extremely friendly, helpful, and straightforward. I first brought our cars there just for oil changes, but now he’s our main mechanic. He provides the prices of parts and labor before doing anything, so you know what to expect beforehand. We will always bring our cars here first. The team that works there is also great! They are all friendly and they don’t try to sell you all the extra stuff the other oil change chains will try to sell you. They have only offered me those services/parts when they were necessary. Even then they are not pushy about you purchasing those services/parts. They top up the other fluids when you purchase an oil change and vacuum the interior of the car. The waiting area is nice and there is a fridge with complimentary water for customers while they wait. You don’t have to wait long though, because they get you in and out promptly. The prices are also great! We cannot recommend this grease monkey more, whether it’s an oil change or any other work needed on your vehicle."

"This is a hidden gem outside a big busy city. I was returning to my home in cook county coming back from southern Illinois, and my engine happened to overheat while on the highway passing this area. This store took me in immediately, diagnosed my issue very accurately, and told me they’ll take care of it. Not only that, but when they told me the price to fix/replace the (1) severed water pump belt, (2) perform an oil change, and (3) refill the coolant, it was a few hundred dollars cheaper than I thought it would be. These people provide a 5 star service at a 5 star price. Will be coming from the Cook County area out here moving forward because it’s simply worth it."

"Went for a check engine light, they diagnosed the fault accurately but since they didn't perform the repair they gave their professional opinion and didn't charge me for the scan. They are also always very fair with oil changes, definitely recommend them for the professionalism and customer service."
