"I can only talk about my personal experiences with this location and its staff. I've gone to and used this specific Hibdons for a very long time and I've never had any major issues with them, aside from service seems to take a very long time, but who's to say why that is and if it can be controlled. They are usually very busy so, it's kind of expected. Anywho, any time I've ever needed a tire patched they've done it for me free of charge, whether I currently had tires purchased from there or not. I've always had good encounters with the staff for the most part. There may have been a time or two where I wasn't having the best day or in a great mood or I caught an employee not on their best day. It happens. We're all human, which means none of us are perfect. So, until I just have one of those worst of the worst experiences here, which I hope I never do, I'm not gonna ding stars over petty stuff. Keep up the good work and service guys."
