I don’t usually get coffee or tea from a store because of the price but this tea is amazing so I treat myself sometimes. I went about a week ago to a H tea o on western avenue, and asked to add cream and they charged me for a latte which was twice the price. I decided not to add the cream but was very disappointed that there was so big of a upcharge but wanted to see if that was the policy or if the girl didn’t know. I went to Yukon store and the young lady at the window was very friendly and said just a moment and I will ask a manager she then came back and said she would have to charge for a latte. Anyway I still feel that up charge is a bit pricey but the young lady at the window was very customer friendly, my dog kept barking at her she was also friendly to my dog. I will go back to Yukon H tea O because for her customer service ."
