a year ago"I’ve been having problems with a wood stove and these guys at Joplin supply are super helpful. Ive had to warranty a part several times now and this has been the best experience I have ever had dealing with stuff not working because the employees are super helpful and actually care about the customers and the issues they come in with. Kai has been helping me out at the front desk and that guy is going places he’s a remarkable employee he knew what was going on and how the situation should be handled and he made it happen as fast as possible. Another employee said this was a great company to work for and he’s never worked for a better company. Great job to all the management behind the scenes too. Very well ran business and customer support is top priority from what I can tell. Not many companies give a rip about the employees and customers but this place does."
