"Manager Penny and her staff at the Yukon store are always courteous and provide superb service. They assisted me in getting a particular style of ornaments for my Christmas tree. They even called me when the ornaments were restocked. My Christmas tree came out better than I expected."

"I’m not usually a review person, but the women at the Yukon, Oklahoma location deserve recognition for their superb customer service! After avoiding this location for many years due to rude employees, I needed to go there to pick up an item I ordered online. I was dreading it, as the old staff would act like it was such a hassle to retrieve my order from the storage room. To my surprise, I was pleasantly greeted and helped by the new manager who has done a complete overhaul including hiring new personnel for the store. Finding out she’s rather new, I explained how I had been treated in the past and was so relieved to see better management had taken over. I cannot even describe the difference between my old visits and this one! I’ve been ordering online for years just to avoid the rude comments and behaviors from the old staff, or driving out of my way to a different location to shop. I’m very happy and excited that I can now go back to the store closest to me! I’ll be there all the time now. Hopefully Kirklands corporate will see this eventually and know that they have a really good team here now! Thank you!"

"I always enjoy stopping by this store for a quick look for home decor. It is a small store so it doesn't take long to see the whole store. They do have a quick turn over on merchandise. That is why I just run in sometimes for a quick look. The prices are a fair price and the look is elegance."
