"Wow- our family is so incredibly thankful for this place. We were traveling from St. Louis to Dallas in cold and rainy conditions when the alternator on our car began acting up. Luckily, Kwik Auto was in the vicinity! We called them and let them know what was going on, and they assured us that they would take care of us (if we could make it there!). Thankfully, we were able to make it to the shop! They immediately went to work and were able to successfully complete the repair in under 2 hours and send us on our way. Everyone who we interacted with was kind, professional and helpful and they truly saved us from what could have been a really tough situation. Although we don’t live in the area, we would 100% recommend Kwik Auto to anyone who does (or to anyone passing through having issues with their vehicle). "I was hesitant to take my BMW i3 hybrid plug-in to a non-BMW service station, but after a recent military move, the nearest BMW center was two hours away—so I gave Kwik Kar Auto Repair & Maintenance a shot. To my relief, the staff was respectful, professional, and had no issues handling my oil change without needing an appointment. They delivered quality service, and my car ran great afterward. My only complaints: I never received the promised call when my car was ready, and I wasn’t allowed to go down the service bay to verify the filter change myself. Still, overall, I had a positive experience and would come back and recommend them to others in a similar situation."
