"Jen was the cashier at the time, and the system experienced an outage, which required us to wait until it rebooted. This is the primary pet store where I regularly shop for both my personal pets and the animals I foster. Based on my experiences, I believe the store would benefit from additional staffing. Having only two employees on the floor, not including groomers, places a significant strain on staff and impacts customer service. I have observed instances where customers leave due to long lines or the lack of available assistance. Increased staffing would also help with maintaining inventory, assisting customers, reducing theft, and keeping the store clean, as I have noticed opened merchandise on the shelves. Overall, having more employees scheduled would greatly improve store operations and customer experience."

"Store seemed a little unorganized but the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I had done my own research on what dog food I wanted to feed my 4 month old English Bulldogs and they had it. There was a young man stocking in that area and he was able to give me more information on it and a couple of others. Once I had made my decision he was kind enough to carry it to the register for me since I had failed to get a cart. I wish I had gotten his name because he really deserves some recognition. I know it's his job but he was very kind and didn't act like I was a bother like others have done in other stores. Petco did an excellent job in hiring this young man. Maizie and Mimosa also loved all their new toys!"
