"We enrolled our little guy, Milo, in the beginner dog training course with Mrs. Lucretia. She was nothing short of excellent, and embodies exactly what anyone would look for in a dog trainer. She was knowledgeable, experienced, and has a way with animals that I could never replicate. She was so kind and patient, with the latter on full display with our reactive pup. We loved that she would bring in her service animal, which provided Milo with a great example to follow, making our training experience much smoother than it would have been otherwise. She opened our eyes to how much training really strengthens your bond with your animal, which to us, matters more than almost anything else. Anything he now knows how to do is all thanks to Mrs. Lucretia. Before we started training with Milo, he was unbelievably reactive, and would not listen to any commands (the few that he "knew"). Now, after Mrs. Lucretia working her magic, he now listens and performs all of the command he learned through his beginner training immediately upon hearing them, which I never thought would have been possible. "We got our German Shepherd groomed for the first time here and they were amazing. The booking and pre check in was so convenient and easy to use. Jessica, our groomer, was so understanding and very patient with her. The paying process was easy especially because you can pay online before you get there. "I brought my 70 pound german shepherd in today (09-05-2025) and WOW. Dustin did his nail trim and was absolutely phenomenal. We had concern as our boy has a very limited history and is a rescue. We did not know how he would do getting his nails done but he was so excited to let Dustin pet and befriend him. Dustin knew his excitement was not anxiety so much as energy and just pure excitement. He has him done in less than 10 minutes and walked out with my boy looking brand new. His nails are well clipped and he encouraged him coming back for a grind to help keep them short and healthy. I have had awful experiences in the past so this was amazing to have my boy cared for and understood that he truly identifies as a very good boy.
