2 years ago"I just want to say what an amazing experience I had. I was in a bad bad deal with one of their clients and the client had not been honest. Joe Lainey and Rusty went above and beyond what they needed to. Honestly they could of said tough luck and sent me on my way. Instead they listened to me and made things better for me. I am so grateful for both of these gentlemen. I was able to keep the item and get my valuable memories back. Thank you Joe and Rusty from the bottom of my heart. Grateful grandma here!
