"When this store took over new ownership it was a mess and not stocked well for a while. For over a few years now it’s been great on having it stocked up. Carol and Crystal are great about telling me about new stuff that I didn't know about. Also the laughs headed out the door is fun. "State Beauty Supply in Yukon is my favorite store!! I have been using them since 2014. Carol, Anita, and Donna are absolutely amazing! They have helped me in so many ways!!! We have developed a friendship and they even help me after hours if I have a question about color. These ladies go above and beyond! No store will ever be better than this one but it’s only because of these ladies. They deserve the world for all the hard work they do and for how awesome they treat everyone! The only complaint I do have is that a lady from the city came down to work a few weeks ago named Kelly and she was rude and wouldn’t let my aunt pick up my color when I specifically told her that she was coming. I called the main boss in the city but got busy and didn’t get to follow up. Kelly doesn’t need to even be working for any State Beauty if she can’t do her job or be kind!! This is why I never go to another State because nobody will beat Carol, Anita, and Donna! Why go anywhere else that has rude workers?? No thanks I will stay with Yukon!! Also the management over the store should do better about taking care of the store like with the truck ordering and stuff. Having more sales. Get it together and take care of your business! If you need to hire someone for the city or someone to help with Yukon my goodness do a better job of interviewing because if you have more Kelly’s you will lose a lot of people at both stores!"
