2 years ago"Update (8/7/2023): Yet again, I got the BEST customer service. There was a problem with one of my samples and they returned it no hassle. I had to come for paint twice today and they were so fast and friendly both times. I really love this store. Don’t even bother with Home Depot. Get all your paint here! The employees at this store are absolutely the best. They are so friendly and so helpful. The first time I went to the store, they matched a paint perfectly that Home Depot kept messing up. Then today when I had to go to the store again, they stayed after hours to make sure I got all my paint samples. I absolutely love this store and their employees have earned Sherwin-Williams a lifelong customer."

10 years ago"All employees were very helpful. Amadeos was very helpful in matching a color to a piece of metal roof I brought in for the trim of my house. I mentioned that I plan to come back for primer and elastomeric paint after I patch some stucco on my house to do the rest, and he was very knowledgeable on those products too and assured me they could help when the time comes. It was very nice to have individualized service. Manuel also knows his stuff and gave me a great discount! Previously I had gone to Home Depot for paint and the employees do not know the products well there, nor was I satisfied with the quality of the paint. I will be going to Sherwin Williams from now on!"

Went to SW for paint and was very impressed with the knowledge of the employees, one part of my project included floor finishes and usually you have to wing it or educate the store employees on what you need - but not here! Good quality products and over the top service! Wish I could move this store to my home base!"

5 years ago"No other paint compares to Sherwin Williams Paint. I've tried to cut cost at times by trying other brands but I always end up disappointed and go back to Sherwin Williams Paint. I realize I don't cut cost because I end up go back to SW to redo my paint job and have paid twice for paint . I also like that I can call in my order and they have it ready and the associates are very friendly and helpful, always have been . I most certainly will stick with SW for life ."
