I called the store, and when I came back, Gus was incredibly kind and understanding. Without hesitation, he offered me two replacement magnets-- completely on the house and free of charge. Huge shoutout and a big thank you to Gus for being so kind, thoughtful, and genuinely awesome. Also, the store itself has a great selection-- tons of fun Chicago memorabilia.
