"My journey of getting my son a new phone started off rocky with calling the customer service line. After repeatedly asking Chris (phone rep) that I was able to pick up my son's phone at a store and not be shipped to my residence. He assured me I would be able to. Went to the collinsville store to go get the said phone only to find out I was lied to by Chris. The first guy I talked to at the store, can't remember his name. Was trying to helpful but I was very unreseptive of what he was trying to help me, that was on me not him. Just because of the experience I am currently having with ATT and trying to upgrade my son's phone since his is not working now. And it was the same scenario of not being able to be home to sign for the phone in the time frame fedex would possibly deliver. When I left I called spectrum customer service since I had to get home to take my son to work. Spoke to a lovely lady and she gave me my options on how I could help write this wrong of not being able to pick my phone up. So went to the Alton store since it was closer to my house. They didnt have the phone I wanted, so they called collinsville store and by luck Collinsville did have it in stock. I get the store, Brian and Latoya were amazing! They helped with with everything I needed to be able to get my son his phone today. With my health issues, my son really can not be without a phone incase something happens to me. They took the weight off my shoulders of this stress. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was in play so I do not get screwed over later. Thank you for restoring my faith an excellent customer service and easing my mind I was not making a horrible choice of switching phone services. I greatly appreciated all the help today!"
