I even told the lady behind the counter after she greeted me with a smile and cheerful demeanor that I didn't understand the bad reviews of this place. Per my experience: customer service was excellent, hardware selection was above average but not great, juice selection was above average but not fantastic. The customer service, and politeness of the lady on staff though was stellar, and I did find everything i was looking for. Mod selection was pretty good, though wish they would have had more. They have almost all major coils. Overall excellent experience!"
