They could have easily just said " sorry we don't have what you want" and sent me on my way. In addition to amazing customer service they have a magnificent selection of disposable amd mod vapes that leaves nothing to be desired. Plus they have a rewards program that I personally utilize every visit and it gives nice discounts! Overall it's my favorite vape shop and I plan to continue shopping here without a doubt.
