"Anthony rest area is impressively clean with pleasant sitting areas around the parking lot, offering a nice view of the surrounding landscape and I-10 freeway. However, parking can be a challenge due to limited spaces."

"Great rest area/information center. This place has clean bathrooms, a sitting area with a water fountain and private small brick sitting areas that are covered and are wonderful if you are traveling in the summer and need some shade to cool off. Theres various drinking water fountains through out the sitting areas as well as trash cans. It’s well lit at night and there’s usually plenty of travelers parked throughout trying to get some rest or taking pictures. There’s also plenty of gas stations and restaurants less than 5 miles away."

"Nice little rest area. Very clean and quiet. A good place to get some rest when on a long road trip. Not very good for dogs. Lots of cacti so be careful. All in all though a good place to stop and stretch, and relax a bit."

"Nice, def the HOT desert, lots of covered picnic areas, no green grass, but lovely and well maintained desertscaping. Watch for stickers with your dogs, very prickly and painful. So many beautiful desert cacti and flowering plants. Nice stop!"
