As first-time visitors, we had plenty of questions, so stopping by here was an easy and worthwhile decision. We were helped by Nancy, who was absolutely wonderful—warm, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. She was patient in answering all our questions and shared thoughtful local insights, including what to prioritize on a short trip and what to be mindful of while exploring. She even pointed my husband to a fascinating history book on Joshua Tree National Park, which he loved. We also picked up a few souvenirs before leaving. Overall, a fantastic experience and a great starting point for our trip."

What a shame, because it really is a cool place with a lot of information, frienfly staff (unfortunately more staff than visitors during the time I was there), different artists crafts, T-shirts, and so many souvenirs to choose from. I found it informative for tourists and enjoyable. I highly suggest tourists and locals visit!!! My only suggestion would be to market it better and add more cool and trendy signage that would draw in the tourists and boost sales."
