Concordia Rest Area Westbound

"Very clean! Feel safe while your here. Nice tables to sit at and stretch out. Get some paper towels please. Seems to be a pattern at all rest stops. Thanks for keeping this one safe and clean. Not sure why, but this is the third one I've stopped at and couldn't access the vending machines. Why are they kept locked up so tight. Wondering why they're even there? Anyway great stop."
