The younger gentleman has a very nice affect with dealing with people and tries to be very understanding and explain it to you in a way that you can't really get upset about it. 4 months ago"While the attendant we interacted with was far from personable, he was patient and helpful. We arrived around 8:30p and understandably weren’t very familiar with the process as this was our first visit to FLW. The gentleman assisting us was very patient, especially considering that upon arrival one person in our party discovered that their ID wasn’t with them (thankfully she had her student ID) but he wasn’t warm or friendly (understandable considering the hour and what I imagine has to be a sometimes frustrating and often thankless position)."
