"We really love this park, especially the area near the old zoo. It’s the perfect spot to brew coffee over a campfire, grill some meat with friends, and simply enjoy a wonderful time together. The only downside is that in autumn there are lots of wasps, and my kids are quite afraid of them. But overall, it’s a truly great place"

"Absolutely beautiful area. Green grass and trees. Peaceful forest and cute play ground. Went to the visitor center right around noon. Was able to get the Joan de Anza national historic trail passport stamp at the visitor center. The lady left for lunch right after but the center remained open. Toilet needs key. Did some geocaching with family afterwards."

"What really makes it special is the sense of community here — friendly owners, happy dogs, and a safe, welcoming atmosphere. Wide open green spaces give pups plenty of room to run, while shaded walking paths make it comfortable even on sunny days."

"Currently closed for renovations, however there is a call button on the front door where you can request to speak to a ranger. Able to get the Juan Bautista de Anza Trail Stamp too. Outside has some nice art installations."
