Love's Travel Stop

"Nice stop in the middle of not many other options. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and restrooms were clean. Decent variety of food and snacks. They also have an in-house pizza and chicken sandwiches place."

"Pretty much the always has the cheapest unleaded gas in between Raton and Guymon (86 Octane). It has an air pump machine. As soon as I went in the door, someone greeted me with a friendly face. There were plenty of people on staff, and as normal with the Loves, it's a very clean facility."

"We stopped for the night in Clayton because of heavy rain and we needed to shower. We were eating at the 87 restaurant and called to see if they had any showers. Ethan answered and said they were being cleaned and would be ready in 15 minutes. The parking area is not spacious and lots of trucks had stopped for the night Will helped me position the RV. The showers were very clean and modern. Took a minute or two for the hot water to appear but then it was the kind of shower you just want stay in forever. Met Will's Dad this morning who has an awesome smile and made me feel happy to be a customer. Pump 8 receipt printer wasn't working which I'm thankful because I wouldn't have met Will's Dad. I highly recommend this establishment."
