2 months ago"The park rangers are very knowledgeable and know basically everything about the park and it's history. The gifts and souvenirs are very cool but a little pricey. There is ever a water refill station near the outside of the building and a nearby gas station to top it all off."

9 months ago"Big Bend is a big place. Stop at the visitor center to find out where things are, and get fresh drinking water. You'll want to bring lots of water if you do any hiking at all. And make sure you fill up with gas as often as possible. It's a long way between stops, and only a couple of places in Big Bend have gas. There is a gas station next to the visitor center."
