"Great place to explore, tske a break or stop and have a picnic. In summer, it can get very hot so go when it's overcast because it's all open and no trees except for the area around the center. Love going here often."

"The visitor center was closed when we came 2 days after Christmas, but the trails were open. Went on the mesa trail, which was a 3.8 mile loop. It was a great trail of moderate difficulty. The view from the top of the mesa is really nice. A really fun 3 hour hike, wish I would have had some more time to see the other trails."

"Went there in the middle of Covid so just walked the two main trails which are very nice and well marked. The park itself is fascinating with the different climates and areas within a short distance. Not sure if we will stop by again but a very nice park and very easy to get to from the highway."
