"Been to this location multiple times and have never had a problem. Employees have always been friendly and helpful. They have a decent number of P.O.boxes, a lot of space to prepare packages, always stacked on supplies and gift cards and they have a whole center for passport application. The doors open automatically which is very convenient in this pandemic period of time. The only thing that is a bit inconvenient is the parking situation. They have more then enough parking but part of it is one way so it might take a few more minutes to find a spot when they are busy but good news are they are rarely too busy. I would suggest entering through the eastern driveway so you could park in front and also circulate the whole lot."

"Great service from the clerks at the window. I've been a loyal customer of the USPS for all my life. My carrier is awesome too and while nobody is perfect I know that the Post Office is fully funded by the stamps we buy and the packages we send and doesn't receive help from the government. I appreciate tracking numbers because if it takes longer than a week for my package to get to the person I sent it to, I can call the Post Office and they can locate it."

"Ist of all I can't speak to the current service at the postal office as I learned over the last 20years from my experience there not to return and use Lockport & Plainfield post offices. However I would be remiss if I did not compliment Michelle the professional and exceptional Mail Carrier on my route. Michelle never fails to provide cordial excellent customer service. If something goes amiss and she is notified even it is not her fault( or in her mail bailiwick )Michelle always quickly takes the time to resolve your problem with the utmost pleasantry. Michelle is simply the best person (mail carrier) I have ever had in my entire life over many addresses. I am grateful for her. The quality of service she provides is above and beyond the expected and much appreciated. Supervisor Adain is also to be complimented for her leadership and working well with her Carriers to continously and "quickly" resolve all customer concerns both big and small. My 5 star rating is based entirely on Michelle and Adain's exemplary customer service only and in no way reflects my opinion of the actual post office as I previously stated."
