"Very professional and polite. My only problem was with the glass separating people from the workers, and it was very hard to understand them through the glass. Almost everyone in there was reasonably old, so I suspect the hearing loss created some problems, I know it did for me. Other than that, I was in and out for 10 minutes and enjoyed chatting with the person that I could actually understand through the glass!! 😀"
