"The pleasant and knowledgeable staff made this an easy Win. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to return for on a second trip a few days later."

"Camped here for a night, hiked down to the river and watched an amazing sunset over the canyon. The lady who helped us in the visitor center was super helpful in our decision which camp site to pick."

"As others have stated, Wild Rivers BLM is definitely off the beaten path. However, its easy to get here down a main paved highway. The roads in the park are paved. The campsite loops are gravel/unpaved but ok. We travel in a 38 Renegade Valencia. We found only a few sites that could easily handle our size. (No tow vehicle). Site 27 in El Auguaje was long enough for even a tow vehicle. Trees are an obstacle backing in. Park time was 10 minutes max. A little maneuvering. Its worth the drive and the maneuvering for the campground & the views. The campgrounds are connected by a nice, one way paved road loop with a bicycle path. My wife loves to e-bike so this is perfect. Each site has a gazebo with a metal roof & picnic table. No electricity. No dump. Water is available at the toilets. This is boondocking at its best. AT&T was 20mbs. Great! We camped at El Aguaje Campground in a 38’ Super C."

"Beautiful location. Limited services ("no water available") first time visiting so no idea why or what is going on with water. We were in the area for a youth hunt and spent more time here in the general area than we intended."
