Willow Creek Rest Area Northbound

"Nice place, tons of parking. Some shade trees and picnic tables. First time I had a coffee machine work and not just dispense hot water!"

"Bigger than the average Illinois rest stops I see in southern Illinois. Well kept and clean, set atop a little knoll to observe surrounding countryside. Standard Illinois road map is posted on the wall along with free maps to take with you. Always get a map! I approve."

"Average rest stop, facilities seem dated. Plenty of outdoor seating and handicap friendly. Cleanliness was ok. They a family changing bathroom which is nice. Bathroom stall did not have a coat hanger (broken) so you need to put your coat on the ground, drop one star for that."
